It's a well organized airline and usually on-time. Booking with them is easy with no problems. Were astounded at the high quality of the flight, the cleanliness of the aircraft and the friendliness and professionalism of the crew. Having paid a very low price, were you expecting a below-Ryanair experience but this was anything but. Proper seats, seat back pockets, a wide range of snacks- this was far higher standard.
The cabin crew are very friendly and tidy. They served every passenger with a smile on their face. Cabin crew also immediately go out of the galley when you need them. It's really worth taking this airline because you will have, as one of their taglines say, "A RED-HOT EXPERIENCE!"
